It's time for the 3rd of 4 workshops with Jeff Mumford. These workshops will be continuing on from what we have been learning with Jeff. Because Jeff now knows our area well he is tailoring these workshops specifically to what WE need in this area as a whole...although of course the topics will be applicable for anyone who is wanting to expand their knowledge and improve their dance.

Location TBD (Doesn't look like the MAC will be ready in time) but I'm going to do my best to keep it in Kingston this month!

Jeff will also be in Albany, New York October 12th, 13th and 15th to teach private lessons and mobility consults.
